Pre-Construction

This phase includes constant monitoring and interaction with the client as well as design professionals. We keep an eye on budgets during this phase to minimize costly surprises during construction while ensuring the clients vision is achieved. We participate in all HOA Design Review Committee meetings to ensure designs meet guidelines and are approved.

Construction

Working with both our own team at EDC and with trusted subcontractors, we keep them accountable throughout the entire build. From sequence to production and quality control, we keep the project on track. This includes timely procurement of materials and efficient project management to ensure minimal downtime.

Post-Construction

The last step in any build.

This phase wraps up all the final details, including site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction.
